Returns conditions:

We will only accept returns if the item is FAULTY or significantly different from the description.

All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated, (i.e., irregulars, defectives, etc.).

Damage due to excessive wear or improper care will not be considered for refund.

The only exception and justification for return of merchandise is: 1. Defective merchandise. 2. Substitution of styles or colours by manufacturer error. 3. No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any item viewed as worn, showing dirt, original tags removed or removed from the original packaging.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to KinkyBritain.com within 3 days of the delivery date.
